Prescription Lenses

1. We need your own frames (metal or plastic) in the size and style of your liking. Please no radical shapes or sizes. Frames must be able to accept standard lenses. Frames must have Individual removeable lenses.
2. We need your complete Prescription with the following information:
   1. Your pupil distance between eyes at near, and far.
   2. The exact height of the bifocals or trifocals measured in the frames supplied to us.
   3. The optical center measurements.
   4. The base curve of the lenses you are successfully using now.
   5. For Progressive lenses, we need to know the Manufacturer, the type prescribed, and the needed exact markings to finish the lenses correctly.
   6. Provide any prism requirements with any special instructions.
   7. Provide any other special instruction or any requirements by your Optical Proffessional.

1. All prescription lenses will be guaranted to be manufactured exactly to the prescription and measurents as written by the customer's optical professional, and as dictated by normal Optical standards.
2. Obviously, Zurich International cannot be held responsible if prescription or measurement has been written incorrectly, has ommissions, or is in error in the diagnostics, or the treatment of the eyes.
